Because I decided to given my information. If we are talking arbitrary numbers, do you have another, BETTER, number to offer? I DID see a 35:1 ratio, but I decided not to go that route.

In the end, it is less the conversion rate for commons that I am concerned about. I want to see where the preferred share coversion lies.
