The sources of the new loan weren't IDed because they are probably the same sources offering money prior to the BK, the same source that CDEX said were demanding concessions from note holders.....thus forcing the BK. Ditch the note holders(debt) and we'll give you the money. This BK was planned not forced. Hopefully the trustee will root this out.
