BRATTLECAMBoy, I want to believe that last post ... I want to, however ... I dont believe a word of it. For the week prior to that damned 2nd 8-k, I called Klein, Emailed Klein, Emailed, Pierce, Emailed VP, Called VP, Called EA ... I was able to get in touch with Klein about 3 days prior to the 8-k release. But some back story 1st, I gotta say this; first time the switch-board answer lady transferred me to Klein, he answered on mobile speaker phone;
"... Hello, i'm trying to reach Bruce Klein?"
" (Silence) ... what for?"
"Im hoping to get some questions answered regarding Emperial Americas and the Team Nation Holdings acquisition of shares."
" (silence) ... um, I dont know anything about that."
" Ok, are you with Emperial Americas?"
" (Pause), ... Yes"
" And what is your name?"
" ... Bill. Whats you name and number ill tell Bruce you called."
'Bruce' of course NEVER called.
After persistent repeated attempts to reach 'Bruce Klein' a few days prior to the release of the 2nd 8-k, the same guy answered on mobile speaker phone, finally admitted he was the 'Bruce Klein' I was trying to reach, didnt know ass from elbow, generally sounded scared, weak willed, callow, uninformed, aloof, and all of his responses to my questions seemed wholly as is the response 'yes' to him synonymous with no, or maybe, or goat-cheese, or Batman. He did however state whimsically that the TEMN -Emperial Americas deal was going to happen. Which was either a bold faced lie out of deception, or just ignorance.
2nd ... Klein is a board member of Emperial Americas which is on board with AAAA if you didnt know that by now ... TEMN is waiting around for a new microwavable cheese stick phenomenon to file.
Bruce Klein is worth his weight in Bat Guano ... and his word is more so. Hate to admit it.
