Longs..I spoke to Klein today..He was concise..direct and positive.My first ?, How do you intend to lift DTC Chill..answered easy.He,s got blood in his eyes..met with Objector,many times,I think he said his name was Penson,and legal council,had a deal,they wanted one more thing,He agreed..Thought he had a deal..got a e-mail,saying they need one more thing..He acquienced again...hand delivered the contract..again thought he had a deal..over the weekend,Penson called and was advised not to sign by Council,asked if it was affliated with JMJ,He said no ..believes he has them by the short hairs..prior to merger was informed by DTC it will take 90 days..again back to objector,it now appeared to be 4 months away,he was facing possible litigation ,money is velocity..he had to do another deal..He has
$500000 tied in TEMN,and countless hours negotiating..He,s sharp has another Company waiting for shell..Again he has has blood in his eyes,and intends to pursuit it aggressively....Time will Tell...............Long and Strong since 2009
