Ryan, Some that read your question may thik it has a New Age feely good ring to it. I think it is a key question and it is better that you ased in an e-mail than in person. It probably made him think about it a little more.

I expect you know this, but many major companies ask that questin of employees under consideration for advancement. The answer is crefully evauated.

The meat in Dail's response is that he has once again telegraphed his goal of working toward a buyout, IMO.
