Hi AIMster,

Most of the important stuff can be restored (but it will take a bit of time as I back everything up to online drives as individual zip files as I modify them).

However there are some things that I didn't keep current backups of (such as emails), so those are lost (including some recent suggestions on how to improve various software products).

Which leads me to a recommendation for everyone on this board. Make frequent backups. Today would be a good time to start.
