You are correct. There is absolutely no proof that Serge has sold any shares since the Form D, and when asked, Serge stated he had not sold any, period.

This may be true, but is not verifiable for accurate DD.

This Gizmo put money in your pocket. Yet, it remains to be seen if SVMI is capable and willing to deliver this gizmo in any significant numbers. Revenues from DV sales are not paying the bills, including payroll. The naivete is staggering.
