Reading the debate that is going on between value and pps my perception is that (almost) everyone agrees that there is value in the rocks. I think where the debate comes in is the ability to extract that value...which means raising funds....that is where the line in the sand appears to be drawn. Perhaps I am wrong but that is my perception on this debate.
