Claw, This law has a great amount of loop holes, and buyout under certain conditions are very good possibility,,,,The NOL, will also be transferred along with the buyout....IMHO...depends on how you translate it....This is NOT a SET IN THE STONE LAW as you think....IMHO...Mon
