Medinaminer,

Forgive me for being a bit dismissive in this response, but it is clear to me from the statements you are making and questions you are asking that you haven't performed a great deal of due diligence on the company. That is not meant so much as a criticism as it is a reason of why I don't wish to engage into detailed debate about subject matter that has been discussed ad nauseum over the years and that a lot of times has already been answered in documents readily available to anyone performing the most basic due diligence.

The fact that you ask whether there have been any independent 3rd party work performed on the property when Medinah's website has an entire linkable page dedicated to the analysis that has been performed on the property underscores why I'd rather not spin my wheels further. This board has dissected practically every word and nuance in these reports. You can go back and read some of my posts over the years because I know I've debated and commented the content in these reports more times than I care to admit. Or just perform a search on Howe or Perez or Gordon or Cintis or Smithson or Jones, etc. Or just read the documents on Medinah's website. Or even better, read the Valuation Considerations for the Lipangue Deposit by Dr. DeCosta. That document compiles the main points and data from all the previous reports. You can even skip the headier discussions regarding the valuation methodologies.

Speaking of Dr. DeCosta, if you have an issue with what Dr. DeCosta should or shouldn't be commenting on, why are you addressing it to me or anyone else in this forum? I'm not Dr. DeCosta's spokesman. I would suggest you confront him directly on the forums he posts in. Not to discredit Dr. DeCosta, but he is merely a shareholder like anyone else. The difference between Dr. DeCosta and other shareholders is that his due diligence, research and knowledge on Lipangue, naked short selling and geology far outweighs that of other "regular" shareholders. Because he generously compiled his due diligence into one comprehensive document for the benefit of other shareholders (and the company) and the company deemed that treatise significant enough to post it on their website, Dr. DeCosta gets wrongly associated as part of the company...which he is not. So if you have a question or beef with him, don't you think it is far more productive to address whatever issues you have with what he says by going right to the source?

It has been mentioned that there is quite a huge amount of gold not too far from the surface on claimed land. So if the people of Congo can dig the earth with shovels, why doesn't MDMN find a way of extracting just enough to purchase some equipment, then use the latest and greatest equipment to drill those rich shafts full of gold.

I guess you haven't been reading the company updates regarding Las Dos Marias. And if you ask why they haven't done this earlier, please read the updates back a few more years. Forgive me for not wanting to rehash this discussion once again.

For those of you who have owned shares of MDMN since the $.005 days and seeing your holdings shoot up from those levels to these lofty levels has not given you enough reason to sell. You obviously know more than I and are long because you believe the management's stories. Well, please help some of us who are long from these levels in garnering some sense of what the hell these statements are all about.

Due diligence is incumbent upon the individual. Shareholders who have been holding since .005 are comfortable with their investment because they rely on research and resourcefulness far beyond "management stories".

OK. I am just looking for answers. I want to know if any insiders have been selling since the share price was up at these levels. I would like to know if this is a genuine operation or just like the other pink sheet promoters, only with a better story to tell, and maybe a glimmer of truth, just enough that even all who tell lies even believe those lies because therein lies some truth.

Really frustrating to see people who are so mislead day after day after day. All I am saying is that if there is gold in those hills, it should not take this long to get the damn gold out. There are many gold mining companies down in SA who are doing a primitive method of extraction and making money instead of pumping and dumping stock. Tell me it ain't so!

Some things you have to just figure out for yourself with a bit of effort beyond looking for questions on a message board. If you have a predilection that you believe that management is pumping and dumping and misleading shareholders, then I can definitely save you a lot of time - nothing anybody says on this board will change your mind and this investment is definitely not for you.
