The actual wording in the 8-K was "The Company does not believe that the Court's claim constructions limit in any material manner the relief that Tantivy seeks in the litigation."

The relief sought be Tantivy was stated was "The lawsuit seeks damages for past
infringement and an injunction against future infringement, as well as interest, costs, and attorneys' fees."
