What I mean is if a company sells enough of their AS they could lose control (51% voting rights). I'm not implying that he is diluting. Since VFIN seems to spook people away from a stock I think it should be noted that a company could potentially lose ownership if they away their controling ownership.
This company has potential. I work for a large organization that is constantly looking for opportunities...like ECDC. Hell for a couple million dollars we could buy up most of the OS at this price and if my speculative thinking is on this company will generate that much this quarter.
