I was spot on in the panel vote. I said either the company will get a vote against it or if a yes it would be tight by 1. I was right 7-4 with 2 abstain. The 2 abstains are viewed as NO's for the most part so it would be a 7-6. The FDA will consider the really tight vote and then will say "you know what TLON...we like you but here is a CRL ..kindly conduct another study"...Mark my words.
