The company will be further diluted prior to FDA decision. Why? Simple. The odds of approval are not that high specially because the validation studies were not large enough. TLON, knowing that or anticipating the fact will have to raise more capital to continue the larger study after the CRL. I think we will be seeing 0.50's very soon.
