gbreez - I left the SHM meeting with the impression that they have the hanger space ready and materials ordered, but that construction had not yet started. I could be wrong though and may have misinterpreted what Bob Jones stated during his presentation. I should have taken more notes, but I recall that Bob said that the carbon composite framing materials should be on site within several weeks, that the design is ready, and that construction can start once the framing materials arrive. We're either in the very early phase of construction, or it will start imminently.
