I am not a pumper all Im saying is why team Suckman let JPM get away with so much stuff, were they incompetent, paid off or did they actually saw more value in the new company than fighting for the 4B interest accumulated, tax refunds, insider trading etc.... I would think if they gave many things up it was for a reason. There were other parties like TPS that were not happy but all of a sudden were convinced to settle. It doesn't make sense to me to fight for 3 years and don't give up when we had no damaging evidence and now that we did they just give up and let them off the hook. I may be wrong but it feels to me they are hiding something. Again this may be very simplistic explanation but I can't believe everyone settled for a company that is worth less than $1 and leave behind billions that could have been litigated.
