If, on the other hand, fraud or other illegal activity is occuring (which I don't believe to be the case here), shareholder recourse/leverage increases, but the outcome is just as futile, as assets have typically evaporated.
Our only realistic course of action is either "wait and see" (inaction), or sell. Both suck, currently.
