Until the T4T designation is lifted, they won't get it, as volatility in the stock dried up.



Please allow my ignorance to shine thru. I can't find a link to the rule that says "No RS will be allowed on any stock trading under T4T". Help please?

Also when has volatility ever had any relevance to a legal reduction of a share structure? More help please?
