the only reason I lean away from the ovens is that they have "been in development for over a year" , and I would assume with periodic payments as work/ phases were completed. I'd like to assume the Fayiz had the financial management skills to know where the money was coming for them before making the commitment. It may be wishful thinking, but I suspect that another aquisition is in the works.
