If you're speaking of the 'zoho' link, see Anvil's comment that the link would only be good for one month.

Joint Conference Order, see link, doc is only up for one month

There are/have been enough dead links in the I-Box, don't ya think?

That said, I see no reason it can't be stickied as long as the link is good.
