$GTXI, Citi's top biotech pick for 2012, $19 target



Always take these with grain of salt.


This is old news last june 2011.
GTx, Inc. announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock, offered at a price of $4.75 per share to the public. Citi and Jefferies & Company, Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers and underwriters for the proposed offering.
