Not according to what I have read. An IPO of equity shares would almost certainly cause an ownership change that would cause us to lose the NOL's. Same with a merger, same with a buyout. We could acquire another company or a book of assets as long as we pay for it entirely or almost entirely with cash and do not give up any material amount of stock.
