If 25% of the U's failed to opt in the ratio would be about 30 U's for 1 newco share instead of 39.4 for 1 newco share. Personally, I think the actual percentage of U-non-responders will be closer to about 20%. Giving the U's a conversion ratio of about 32/1.

But who knows? We'll just have to wait and see.
