They did move up some when they made the effort to have their financials audited. But lack of cash plus the bankruptcy of the auditing firm they were using forced them to stop going this route. Late 2009 they were promoting the effort to get on NASDAQ. By the end of the first quarter of 2010, that dream was given up (they claimed that between what they had spent already plus what they would have to spend with a new auditor since they would have to start over again would come up to 300k)

By the way, I had recently turned my ankle severely ( I thought at first I had broken it) and it of course swole up to about a baseball size or a little bigger. That evening I put on the heel and ankle patch and within 12 hrs it had decreased to golf ball size and I didn't have to take any other pain meds. Wore it for three days, all swelling gone and just a little discomfort if I am on it all day.
