Day ain't over yet. Besides, I have not found one post, by me or anyone else, definitively saying that today would be the day. I stated my strong belief that it looked that way, but it was obvious - to anyone who reads properly - that that was not a statement of fact.

In any event, I still strongly believe that we could have the POR go effective at any time. The question then becomes will the old shares stop trading once the POR has been declared effective? There were posts earlier today that stated that GM's "old" stock continued to trade for about a month after the new shares were isssued. I don't know enough about that situation to know why that was, I only know that in our case that would be very unlikely, as our POR provides for the cancelation of the old stock as of the moment the POR goes effective. On this particular point I think our situation is going to mirror the Lehman experience, not the experience of GM.
