Monica - Im of the belief that What often gets filed can often be overturned, amended, appealed etc., so it's best to reserve an opinion on preliminary filings till the gavel falls and checks are received.

I remember for years a few here proclaiming 2 or 3 times a pre BK value after WMI exits BK, yet we are all still waiting to see this happen as well, and it was all due to some great DD but DD does not mean anything till all the battles are fought and the winning part is proclaimed, victor. IMO
