WRONG DEAD WRONG Thats so innacurate its not even funny. Its not a private company.
The PRs PHAR/CEO has made available to entire market are 90% fraud and 10% fluff.
A public company as well giving BIG NEWS to select few to spread or any company information that is not privy to ALL INVESTORS is FRAUD.
LAWSUITS involving CEO/PHAR are investor information thats has impact on an investment. Spreading this from HOWARD to a select few and posted on IHUB is dead wrong and SEC WOULD be very interested as to how often this was done and with WHOM.
If CEO thinks its information not worthy of a pr or informing ALL INVESTORS, then dont get on IHUB stage and have a tantrum. Show some sort of CEO character.

The personal one on one conversations that are relayed through email or posted as fact on this board by certain ones,,believe me i say this, at HOWARDS stage in his life if SEC does get involved he will squeel like a pig to get leniancy.LOT OF NAMES will drop.
IMO SEC will be very interested when HOWARD spills the beans about the chosen few he used to try manipulate investors by JUNK MAIL.
I do believe SEC fraud division will definetly be interested in anyone that has inside knowledge of corruption. BUT i dont think it will be what you think for. THINK BIG PICTURE
