There is absolutely nothing wrong with asking a CEO a question, getting a reply from the CEO and posting it on this board.

Unless you are talking about the supposed meeting the Steve Martin had with Howard in December and all the information that he passed along to the board that wasn't in writing...... Now that would be leaking insider info.
