The SEC also frowns on inside information being passed to those on the outside. That seems to happen a lot with PHAR.

I am curious to know how anyone except current company employees would be aware of planned lawsuits by PHAR. That itself could constitute inside information. Of course, the real issue is not the information, but how the info is used.

In addition, anyone who knowingly distributes information that is not available to the public, whether that information turns out to be true or not, is equally as culpable in the eyes of the SEC as the person who released the information to begin with.

Very sensitive area you have touched on here. Thanks for bringing this up as it regards PHAR.
