Minimum 2 or 3x from the current pps? If that is what you are saying, I would doubt that. There was institutional buying in the 30 cent and up range, one buy as I remember was as much as a million shares. Dont think that they would get away with going too much on the cheap.. it has been discussed here before that .80 cents per share would be on the low end. Believe that would be at least a starting point.
