negative VEO........there HAS to be a market for the option, and options close at 4:00........they will close you out at the last if its OTM.....IE... it will expire!

if you have no way to close a position you will not be penalized or forced to exercise if you dont want to, it will expire worthless......no ifs, ands or buts about it!
