Has Tom been with RFMK prior to this appointment? Do you know what capacity? And yes, your point that he is in over his head may very well be true, a company that has been dealing in local business and suddenly is faced with an international product may need someone or a team of people to lead them. I would think that they would employ a team rather than change CEO's, but it is something to think about.
