Ive been long for quite sometime, and added 300k this afternoon on the ask. I'd love someones take on a few of these thoughts. Why would a CEO sitting on a revolutionary product thats about to launch/explode domestically as well as internationally suddenly resign? He brought it to the brink and now suddenly steps down? Does it have to do with the Chill? There seems to have been no time for a more graceful transition? Why is the new CEO announced at close on a Fri? And if you are trying to instill confidence and support, what kind of experience description is a 20 year government employee. Why isn't there any other background info? I sit on over 3M sh and am a bit concerned, so I would truly appreciate anyone who may have some good answers/news/information to help me rest easier this evening. Those are my thoughts Matt, I hope that you have a few good ideas for me.

I think that's the problem right there, IMO mike came up with the design but lacks the business sense to make it happen.. Honestly from my stand point Tom has always been the driving force behind the cannacig.. Also may have something to do with getting rid of the chill, or even financing as others have mentioned...

Either way, IMO tom is a much better fit for the position than Mike....
