Something as innocuous as a name change will get you on the “list”.
That’s why hundreds of companies, maybe thousands (such as GRDO) are on the “list”. No biggie & no hindrance to trading. If the list was a true negative, few of us would own penny stocks.
GRDO will go up on news & financials just like any other stock, POS or not.
