The increase in shares gives them the ability to grow and invest, thats why I voted yes on #1. I voted no on #2 because, if they want to do a reverse split down the road,they have to hold another special meeting to do that. That gives us a heads up on whats going on,and WE as shareholders can have alittle more control over our investment future. Old shares will convert to new shares on a .0001 to .0001 old to new. I believe if the vote on #2 doesnt pass, we will see a surge in the price even though we go from 500mil-8bil.(humbly submitted)
