Turbo, i got the email and just read the Proxy. Can you help me understand what will happen if these matters are approved? WHY would they increase the number of shares from 500m to 8Billion? And how will the reverse stock split affect our current shares? If i have say 500,000 shares bought at .0012 - $600, what are my shares going to be worth if these matters are approved?
