The last news that came out on Pinksheets or the TSX was the January 26th PR that said: TVI Pacific Inc. Advances Permit Approval for Near-Mine Property

They won the injunction against open pit mining too, which is good.

A permanent solution would be better, but at least they can continue to operate while the case is litigated.

Hopefully you are right about news coming and this being the bottom.

I remember thinking bottom a while back too, but I was wrong.
