Restricted Stock is just what it says. This is not a free grant of Stock or Options. It has been pledged to him but there are restrictions that must be met before the shares are released to him. I sure hope that the restrictions are some of the things us longs have been waiting for a long time (positive ericy outcome and nok finally paying what they owe). Or it could be something really important like he must attend the annual shareholders meeting and 75% of the board meetings.
Been a lurker for many years and long this stock since pre-motorola. Thanks to all the posters that provide good info.
One thing we can all take to the bank is Jim L is right, later this year we are going to look like idiots or genusis.
