Ameritrade is a buyer of PYCT? Nope. They wont let you buy it but you can sell it - not to them but to anyone else. What makes you think Ameritrade itself is buying them?

Ive had a couple of stinky pinkies over the years that did the same thing. They are like a reverse roach motel- you can check out but you cant check back in.
