I have no clue what it means, I have stated that..Nobody who posts here does..What I have posted is what my research shows me from past history..I wouldn't dismiss anything, not a new flavor, not a buyout. The NDA is only showing on a few sites..not every site..it is not showing on this site for example. I understand what you are saying, but the fact is they have publicly made no comments as to it's meaning...it's all just speculation and conjecture at this point..Within a year or less from today's date, I guarantee everybody that Coke and the DrPepper/Snapple Group will each own a product that they will directly market against MusMilk in the same cooler..Too many dollars at stake, too much market share to simply rollover and let Pepsi have...never happen, not in today's beverage world, not in tomorrow's..it will happen, past history dictates that it in fact will happen...My guess is one of the 2 new products will be Phase III..time will tell..
