I honestly would be happy to start there and work ourselves up. I would much rather a 5-10$+ value but I am realistic here.

Unlike most, I do think we will see something half decent, maybe that is my optimism kicking in but I gambled and think that my odds are still not horrible, even with what we know, because, sometimes what we know isn't anything close to what the truth is, sometimes.
