Al....well, the timing was certainly funky no? I guess they stretched the clock to the very last minute hoping to resolve the matter. These type of things can sometimes be more technical in nature than material. I mean, Safend is certainly not some kind of gigantic financial behemoth we have absorbed. It could just be classification related and how they were implementing Purchase Accounting. It can be a complicated area sometimes. But let's face it....the timing was bad. No question about it. Me and my crazy self....I went ahead and put out an order underneath. Maybe I get lucky for once with this investment. But personally, I'm going to hold out for a better offer in a year or two which in my opinion I think has a decent probability of occuring. Just my opinion only!!
