Correct. It's a marketing tactics to "under promise, over deliver". A month could be 2 1/2 weeks. If they deliver a decent return, they can claim they said whatever they want to. The only thing that matters is how long they take to deliver. If they deliver anything over a dollar...well...count yourself lucky and get out. All they need is to say 400% gains. And, as Paul W astutely pointed out, they will claim .28 as the alert price.
