No, it means "about a month". Could be more, could be less - they're being non-specific on purpose so they can say they were being consistent no matter what they end up actually doing.

I'm not making a statement on exactly how long it will end up actually being, just observing that some of the statements are purposefully ambiguous.

I have a social disorder (although it's not quite full blown Asperger's), and can come across differently than intended...if you're offended by something I've said, I probably didn't mean it with such animosity - please take it with a grain of salt. :)
