I don't care what exchange it is.....management said an audit would be done (several times) and never met the dates. They can't even do the simple stock symbol change they PR'ed. Therefore no credibility and their publicized figures cannot be trusted, IMO. In fact the whole management style, IMO, is "Open Mouth, Insert Foot"!!! LOL!!! As in the past, TDGI can't hold a pps gain for long.....watch it drop..... The pps has been at this level three times in the past 12 months and always drops.....over bought.

The current exchange that TDGI is on is known as the Pink Sheets. This exchange does not require audited results. Expecting them to be audited would mean someone does not understand what or where a company is listed.
