The current exchange that TDGI is on is known as the Pink Sheets. This exchange does not require audited results. Expecting them to be audited would mean someone does not understand what or where a company is listed.

Yes we all want the audits so we can uplist but a comment like Audited or managements best guess would mean this is clearly not the exchange at which you would like to invest in.

TDGI will very likely up list in the 12 months and at that time I suggest you put this stock back on your radar. For now it might be best to look at OB stocks or higher on the exchanges.
