OT: mschere... I don't understand or appreciate your response. I simply ask why is it that the WSJ or that ERCY stock holders don't seem to know about or have knowledge of the pending suit and potential outcome?

I did not expect yor response. If I hit a sore spot, I appologize. Again, I think it is a good question as to why this story is not all over the WSJ.
