well if as part of your due diligence you want to go to the pinellas county clerk of the circuit court website and in the civil court docket put in "Housing 350" as a search, that is the company that ACYD uses to sign the leases with the property owners, including the company the press release said they are/were merging with. It appears that company is suing H350 for eviction. On that same list it appears H350 is being sued in foreclosure on another property by a different Plaintiff. The owners of the house used as the ACYD office evicted ACYD a couple of months ago, you can find that in the court docket as well. So, I would imagine the company is regrouping at many levels. Hard to tell what's going on w/o an update to put into context.
