This is pure speculation on my part, but if I were in Don's position I would first settle all claims against old CTCC ( protect valuable patents). Then update the corporate papers. Next get current on all reporting to the SEC, and finally change the symbol to STEP. This order of events seems logical to me. Go CTCC.
