HAHAHA I told everyone this last year and no one wanted to believe me. It was all in that previous filing that the acquisition gave the sellers all the power to terminate if they wanted to. I believe they were promised that the stock would have to be over $5/share or they had the termination option or something as well.

In my opinion, this is the beginning of the end.
